*Empty content in a microwave-safe bowl

*Optional - add your choice of protein (chicken, fish, beef &/ boiled eggs)

*Add 70ml water, then stir

*Heat up for 3minutes stir, then set for another 2minutes

Cook on Hob

*Empty content in a sauce pan

*Optional - Add your choice of protein (chicken, fish, beef &/ boiled eggs)

*Add 70ml water, stir and cover

*Allow simmering on medium heat for 5-7minutes

Perfect for fried egg in tomato sauce. Just add 60ml content to two large whisked eggs and fry.

Serve with your choice of main dish (rice, beans, potatoes, plantain & more)

Tomatoes, Onions, Red bell pepper, Sunflower oil, Chicken broth, Chicken stock (with wheat & soya flour), Scotch bonnet, Salt, Herbs, Curry, Garlic, Ginger, acidity regulator: citric acid. Allergy in Bold.
